Mission Pay
Alright, this will explain all these little tidbits about your mission pay, what a mission rank is, and what a pilot skill is.
Each mission is ranked from 1-9. The mission rank deturmines how hard the opponents will be, and also what the mission pay will be for completing the mission.
Rank 1: Rank E zoid opponents. $30,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 2: Rank E and D zoid opponents. $35,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 3: Rank D and C zoid opponents. $40,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 4: Rank C and B zoid opponents. $50,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 5: Rank B and A zoid opponents. $60,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 6: Rank A and S zoid opponents. $75,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 7: Rank A, S, and an SP zoid opponent. $85,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 8: Army of rank S zoids. $95,000 for completing one of these missions.
Rank 9: Army of rank SP zoid. $150,000 for completing one of these missions.
Those are the mission ranks. For the missions with only 1 zoid opponent in them, the mission captain will chose, depending on the pilots rank (E, D, C, B, A, S, or SP) what level the opponent will be. (Don't be annoying, like if they're doing a rank 3 mission and choose a rank D opponent if the person is rank C or above. Pick the rank C one, common sense, the missions aren't supposed to easy.)

On the other hand, is increased by you. I will explain below, along with give you how much your pay will increase per skill level, and no I don't mean the pay you get weekly for being a memeber of the Guardian Force/Backdraft groups will increase, I mean the pay you get from completing a mission.
Pilot Skill 1: + $10,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 5 Missions to get to skill 2.
Pilot Skill 2: + $15,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 5 Missions to get to skill 3.
Pilot Skill 3: + $20,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 7 Missions to get to skill 4.
Pilot Skill 4: + $25,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 7 Missions to get to skill 5.
Pilot Skill 5: + $30,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 10 Missions to get to skill 6.
Pilot Skill 6: + $35,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 10 Missions to get to skill 7.
Pilot Skill 7: + $40,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 15 Missions to get to skill 8.
Pilot Skill 8: + $45,000 Mission Pay. Must complete 20 Missions to get to skill 9.
Pilot Skill 9: + $50,000 Mission Pay. Final Skill, can go no higher.
